Storm Log #3: GENERATOR:

It is amazing how much you can do with 3600 watts. We are running the refrigerator, my beloved ice machine, the cable box and our TV! (We have a satellite dish…so our TV signal is great and we can monitor the outside world on the news.) Also on the grid is our DSL modem and wireless router. We are also charging phones, lap tops computers, etc. At night, we unplug everything except the refrigerator and run a heavy-duty extension cord to the bedroom for my C-PAP machine. That little honey of a generator has been doing ALL of that for 5 days+ -- NON-STOP!
